They say never judge a book by it's cover. I took my laptop to Computer Fixx and from the outside it looks VERY different from a place like Geek Squad. I was instantly greeted by Rob who was friendly, kind, and very knowledgeable. He quickly put my fears about my computer being on it's death bed, and walked me through his process. I took in my computer and paid $80 for nothing, they didn’t fix the problem at all. I ended up taking my computer to a friend that knows a few things about computers and he fixed it right away. Waste of time and money.
