Horrible - do they believe customers are dumb? Unscrupulous sales tactics! We agreed on a price of $32,000 for a used truck, then they added $699 in doc fees and $464.05 for license fees on a truck leaving the state, not needing a license. $1164.05...for what??? I was buying the truck on-line and shipping it to Indiana to be titled and licensed. I would double check all numbers before you sign. I would definately not buy from them. BUYER BEWARE BUYER BEWARE! If you're thinking of buying a used car, go somewhere else. My wife and I purchased a truck from this dealership 7 days ago so we could tow our small 21' camper. Within 10 minutes of towing we received an engine warning code indicating 5th gear slippage. I took the truck to a transmission shop to find out the transmission will need to be replaced... costing us nearly $5000. I understand Missouri doesn't have a "lemon law" for used vehicles, but it would have been nice if the dealership stood behind... read more

Thanks for Fast Help Called at 8:30 in the morning, told them I had a head light and tail light out, had been pulled over twice over the weekend. Told me to bring in at 10:30. Even though I arrived late, they took me right in, made the repairs and I was on the road home by noon.

Great service manager The service manager at Jeff Smith Kia in Perry Georgia is second to none. I have never received such attentive and kind customer service before. He is a true gem. I will never take my car anywhere else.
Retied Actuary Worked back and forth with Chip to get the deal exactly right, excellent. Kevin delivered the van, and had to "hang around" while I drove up from Bonifay, excellent. The "paperwork man" from the KIA branch was typical, but caused a 5 minute process to last 30 minutes to an hour. He was not pleased when I refused all the"bling."
