Met with lies. I will start by saying I purchased a vehicle from Capitol Chrysler and if there were a negative star rating system that is how I would rate them. This is the typical old school car dealership, with typical lying, dishonest car salesmen and management, based on the majority of the employees I dealt with. Orion did a great job! Went in to have my vehicle evaluated for a potential trade. Orion showed me a recent trade in that wasn’t on the sales lot yet but he thought I might be interested in. After unable to come to an agreement initially, Orion subsequently asked me to come back in and we were able to work out a mutually agreeable deal. BUYER BEWARE BUYER BEWARE! If you're thinking of buying a used car, go somewhere else. My wife and I purchased a truck from this dealership 7 days ago so we could tow our small 21' camper. Within 10 minutes of towing we received an engine warning code indicating 5th gear slippage. I took the truck to a transmission shop to find out the transmission will need to be replaced... costing us nearly $5000. I understand Missouri doesn't have a "lemon law" for used vehicles, but it would have been nice if the dealership stood behind... read more
Good Service When I come here I always get treated well by the service representatives. The last time I was here I had an airbag looked at with a recall that was out. They told me it would be about an hour and they stuck to their guns and had me done.
