Do not rent from this community. I lived there for a year. Paid rent on time and when it was time to move they advised they would not do a walk through with me that they would do a walk through themselves. I took video because of that very reason. They charged me for cleaning the apartment $175 and carpet cleaning $65.00 They supposedly took pictures of my apartment being dirty and I have sent videos of my apartment the day I left. Renters beware!!! They will ask you to put up a 5 start review before you even move in. I’ve been towed here more than any place I’ve lived. They have mold in the walls and do nothing about it. Keep looking trust me glad my lease is up!
Only reason you see a lot of good reviews is because they ask you to give them five stars on here for some kind of reward and people take the bait. I rarely give reviews but this is what it has come to, the leasing agent turnover here is crazy its never consistent the office lost my notice of termination paper and is now charging me 2400 because they claim it’s not in my file.
