Please read the fine details very, very closely. After providing a 10-day payoff for our trade in, Capital Volvo sent the payoff after the 10-days and now, the bank, has a balance due of around $100. We received a letter from the bank. When I informed Capital Volvo, they said via the salesman that it states in the payoff document that the customer is responsible for any difference. Volvos are great cars. Buying from this dealership was fairly easy but the service department management does not meet our expectations. It really detracts from the brand. It is very frustrating for us to schedule service. No return phone calls. No notice when the car is ready. Poor communication. The mechanics do a good job with repairs, but the service advisor has been a disappointment.
