I have been bringing my fur babies to Capital Veterinary Clinic for the last 12+ years. I would never take them anywhere else. The Vets and tech are all great to work with. I have never had any issues at all. They are straight foward about everything and their prices are reasonable
I wouldn't go anywhere else. Have been going here ever since my new neighbor asked me if I needed a vet in 1994. Staff is wonderful, more than competent and obviously love animals. And, an important, and for me, a critical aspect is their honestly with me when it's time for me to put one of my babies down (and they done plenty - the pet's pain is my criteria; otherwise I feel I am being selfish,) They are kind, comforting and feel my pain and loss when I lose one.
I am a native to Austin, and I have come here for years, as has my extended family. I love it because costs are very reasonable, but I keep coming back to get the attention and respect from the vets and techs. They give you the complete information straight with no frills or upselling. They don't make appointments, but just call to see if they're busy so you're prepared. There's nothing like peace of mind when it comes to the health and happiness of your pet. Dr. Kimbraugh was clear and concise and friendly. The entire staff was so welcoming and always looking out for the best interest of me and my pet. Never have a felt so welcome and at home at a vet clinic. (And I'm pretty sure Dante, my little one, didn't even know he was at a vet!)
