I am very pleased with Dr Kimbrough. She listens and knows what to do. Experience speaks here. Excellent Dr. I am so pleased with how she handles my feral cat. Kind, respectful, and knows what to do to get results. Staff is lovely along with the vet tech. Can't say enough good things. Highly recommend.
I always have a good experience when i have to bring my animals here. I like that they operate on a first come first served appointment, and that you don't have to sit in the lobby and wait your turn - you can leave and come back. I do wish they would offer some appointments tho, as i can't always get there on a walk in basis. The prices are very reasonable. The medical service you get is pretty good. However, their convenience always comes first. To get anyone to examine your pet you need to show up 60-90 minutes prior to when they begin accepting patients (8am and 2pm) and wait in line for hours. They don't make appointments. How inconvenient is that? Especially considering that they are rather pricey. This morning I showed up at 8am and they told me to come back another day. I wish the staff were honest here. They treat new patients like they are dirt. If you do not want new patients then be honest when we inquire by phone. Tell us that when we show up that we are going to be the last on the list to see a vet. Very dishonest staff and representation of services. If you are a new customer be prepared to sit in the lobby for hours while everyone that walks thru the door after you- gets served before you. horrible experience. Not the way a trustworthy business operates.

I was a walk-in on a Saturday morning. The woman at the desk took my information quickly, and I was told there were 2 ahead of me. The wait was not long. Both the tech and the doctor were pleasant, calm, and knowledgeable, and put me at ease, as well as my cat. The doctor offered me a choice of action to treat my cat and answered my questions about the options. Everyone is friendly, and the cost was reasonable. I will definitely return when and if a need arises.
Everyone is so friendly and seems to care just as deeply about our baby Dexter as we do. The prices are more than exceptional for the 5 star care we receive. All of our questions and concerns were answered with extensive knowledge and tips to help us achieve the health goals we need for our baby. We would recommend them to anyone and everyone who is looking for excellent care and service at a very affordable price. LOVE THEM!
