I contacted the dealership by phone about a car I saw on the website and spoke with Greg. He set up an appointment that was at a convenient time, and had the car ready to go for a test drive when I arrived. He was friendly and professional, and knew quite a bit of detail about the car's features. Pricing was reasonable and, while some "back and forth," waiting while the manager is asked was done, (as is usual when buying a car), it was not excessive and was not aggravating at all. Sal took good care of Jackie and myself. He told us not to worry about anything and that he would do his best to get us a good deal and that's what he did. When we were sitting down at table, he would always come back to check on us. Thanks Sal!!
What a great experience!!! This was my first car buying venture and even during my mini breakdown (no fault of the dealership I just couldn't believe I was getting a car lol) SAL was so supportive and literally held my hand through the process!
