I used to think they were tops, having had three cares repaired here, till today - Insurance submitted claim, I went by filled out paperwork, they took pictures of my car, and then told me there no parking spot so they couldn't take my car - They didn't know this before I left work early, or before I completed paperwork, or before they took pictures of my car? I wonder if they told the older gentleman who came arrived after me the same thing after they looked at his car? Very disappointed in a neighborhood gem.
