I understand emergencies happen, and I truly hope the therapist is okay. However, I was very disappointed with how today’s appointment was handled. We arrived 30 minutes early after receiving confirmation of the appointment, and no one informed us that the therapist would not be available until I personally asked. As parents, we are expected to follow strict attendance policies and are often penalized for missed appointments or late cancellations. I’ve had a wonderful experience with Capital Speech! They are very responsive and professional. I had OT and ST evaluations through them and they had reports available within a week. Cannot say enough good things about them!
