Excellent - very efficient.
Poor communication. Rude and unhelpful receptionist (Vicki). Repair took longer than time frame provided without fair warning. Do not trust this repair business.
We Cannot thank Shannos Car Insurance enough .. Such fantastic service and great effort. Car went informazioni Smart on Monday as we hit a strsy tyre on Friday.. We got the car Back fully repaired by Thursday afternoon prior to Easter... super job
If you have a choice, avoid Capital SMART Repairs Booragoon. Unfortunately I had no choice but to use them as they are a preferred repairer for AAMI. After this experience, that’s extremely disappointing. When I went to collect my car the first time, I was handed paperwork showing the job had been checked, test driven, and signed off by two mechanics. That was clearly not true.
