We are party of 4 enjoyed 2 different shrimp dishes, a beef dish and Dim Sum platter. All were the best. My favorite was the honey walnut shrimp.
Great food all around. I love the seafood chow mein. Dim sum has a good variety but not over whelming with too many options. And of course the garlic lobster is delicious. The service is great! Everyone is attentive and friendly. Can't go wrong at Capital.
