On 6 March I went to Capital Radiology Knox for an ultrasound of the bladder. I was told by the receptionist who took my phone booking that I had to drink 1 litre of water one hour before the appointment. So I started drinking one hour before the appointment. But at the appointment the sonographer said I should have 'finished' the one litre of water one hour before the appointment. So I was not ready for the scan.
