Would not attend for Breast Ultrasounds Results took over 2 weeks and even then I had to phone up to get them. Poor communication with regards to follow up recommendations, ended up using another Company. Poor service for an important ultrasound that is a cancer screening and privately billed.
Unfortunately I have had to have two brain MRI’s in the last two weeks. Going to Capital radiology was the most comforting, helpful and friendly experience I could have had. The ladies on the front desk are efficient and full of smiles, easy to get an appointment, and cost very reasonably. My radiographer was Roxanne who was an absolute rockstar, her patience, care and explanation of what was going to happen was spot on. I will not be visiting the big names again. Thanks team Capital.
Would love to have rated the service but couldn’t get any. Automated menu driven answering system, then on hold, no answer and cut-off. Tried a few times. Enough business they don’t need to try perhaps?
I had a great nurse who made getting my first cortisone shot smooth and stress free, she knew i was nervous and distracted me to the point i felt nothing, all the staff are kind and the wait while there is minimum
