I was so impressed this morning when I attended for my DEXA scan. Due to pre-existing medical conditions, I usually choose to wait outside, away from busy waiting rooms. Too often at other clinics and providers, my request to be able to do so and to please be notified when it's my turn, results in eye-rolling and dismissiveness. However this morning, the staff were nothing but wonderful, allocating a more private waiting space to me where I felt safe.
