I decided to reached out to Capital Mortgage when I was considering to do a refi. Since my home mortgage is with them I thought to start checking first what they can offer me. It was the best decision I made. I was referred to Celeste ******* and has a great experience working with her. She was very quick in taking actions. I have not had a worse experience with any servicer than Capital Mortgage Services. They serviced my loan from 06/01/2020 to 09/01/2020 and have not paid my property taxes which were due on 06/05/2020. My monthly mortgage includes the escrow which covers the taxes. After I recently refinanced and moved to another servicer, I got a notification from the county notifying me of the non-payment, and the additional penalties and interest (which amounts to $471.36) now have been added to the tax bill that has a revised due date of... read more

When acquiring new loans through a servicing acquisition, it is possible for the data migrate incorrectly.
