Capital Mortgage has been helpful and always courteous
Don’t use this company if you want to be treated fairly. They auto drafted three monthly payments out of my checking account, which placed a negative balance on my account of over $1000 dollars. After a week of trying to contact them, everyday several times a day. And being on hold for extended periods of time to only finally being disconnected each time. Most the time it’s very easy to get ahold of someone on the phone. Other times it is NOT easy at all… sometimes you wait on hold for a long time just to be hung up on or forced to leave a message when there was “only 1 caller ahead of you” smh. Pretty much everyone I talk to is genuinely nice and helpful. (Reason for 2 stars instead of the minimum) GET THIS!
