I needed to make an adjustment to my monthly payment. I logged into the website and there is not a way to do this. I tried calling their number from the website but was placed on hold for 30 minutes and forced to leave a voice mail. I also tried their chat but it is not working. Their website also lists a notice that accounts need to re-registered for their new portal, but this also is not working. I called ******** regarding a check payment(mailed on 1/23/24) for our February house note that hadn't cleared our bank. She checked with the payment center, who verified the check was received today. I requested to set up Auto Bill *** for future payments with our payment overage to be applied to principal, which she did for us. ******** understood our concerns with the Texas snail mail. Capital Mortgage is a 10 out of 10. My ************* did not indicate property taxes were to be paid with my loan. It was 1 1/2 years into my mortgage, and I figured this out. They paid my taxes, and added an additional monthly *** on my payment to get this paid back to them.
