Sam is awesome and made the whole experience easy
Incredible service. We were in an emergency situation and Sam was able to get us squared away with exactly what we needed. Everyone was efficient, knowledgeable, and professional. Grateful for the help we were able to get!
I’m so thankful my first experience needing medical equipment was with Capital Medical & Surgical! Ling was so helpful and patient with me as she worked with me to get the equipment I needed for my Mom to come home. She also checked the insurance coverage which helped us to understand the coverage and costs related to our choices. When I started using them they were a good company now they're not. I can't get them to help. I've asked them to come get this stuff instead, they keep charging. I'm not going to pay it.
