When I started using them they were a good company now they're not. I can't get them to help. I've asked them to come get this stuff instead, they keep charging. I'm not going to pay it.

Exceptional service. It was very fast and everyone was so personable. KeyKey was professional and made sure she double checked insurance. She was so patient with my questions. The icing on the cake was when Sam said he hoped my son felt better and wished him well by NAME. In fact, he greeted and said goodbye to every customer by name like he was their best friend. Happy to have this pleasant experience.
Have been doing business with them for a couple of years. There are real people available to help with problems.The owner has been super helpful with initial problems adjusting to CPAP and the AI phone ordering confusion.
