I visited capital medical and Surgical on Wednesday, October 29,2024 regarding a chair I previously purchased and Ling Ling assisted me with the swap out of a smaller chair, great customer service by she and Sam, I would definitely recommend them for any medical supply needs.
Very professional and very helpful was able to get the stuff that we needed and a timely manner.
unorganized and the so called manager doesn’t know anything,I called several times when she doesn’t want to help you she put you on hold for 30 minutes and then hang up on you. I even called the owner and left a message but he didn’t return the call. My insurance confirmed with me that my equipment was covered but the lady who called herself manager would tell me I have to pay full price. Very untrustworthy and dishonest business.
They give you the run around and put you on hold and they hang up on you.
Friendly and competent. I would recommend for CPAP service !!!!
