Great products, great customer service & very professionally managed.
I was recovering from shoulder surgery and a person walked into the room handed my wife a plastic bag with a sling in it and said he didn't know how it worked. We never opened it, brought it home and it sits in the garage. I have spoke to this company twice and they said they would call me back. They have been billing me ever since and I am sure they got paid from the insurance co as well.
They Helped me with the need that I had but went way out of their way calling other people to get the information I needed and then even gave me the code for what I needed. Excellent people and would definitely recommend. Hard to find these days .
