Very unprofessional. I called inquiring about a hospital bed ordered for my husband and operator who answered the phone said could not locate order and for me to contact my case manager. I never heard of a case manager and said so. She again said it was my responsibility to contact my case manager and again I relayed we don't have a case manager and had been told our clinic had sent in the prescription and had been instructed to call CMS directly to inquire ETA so can have furniture moved and set up for bed.
