I lived at Arlington Apartments for 4+ years and experienced 3 different property managers over that time. When Amanda took over as Property Manager, the entire complex improved and she was always so helpful with any needs that came up that I brought to her attention! She even went as far as to make sure I got a portable AC when my unit AC died in the middle of summer. I would absolutely recommend to anyone to rent from the Capital Management team, I would be continuing to do so myself if I had not purchased my first home.
My son moved into a room last year with a huge hole in the ceiling. He had that fixed himself as they were not responsive to the request. He was studying for the MCAT exam so he didn't even hang a picture or TV. At the end of his lease they charged $1000. The only thing he did to his room was fix a hole in the ceiling. Amanda Johnson at Capital Management has been very attentive and helpful when it came to questions I may have had or request I had while being a tenant. She also made my move out experience smooth and easy as possible compared to other properties i’ve stayed at. I hope management keeps her around for a while because she is great and I look forward to coming back and working with her in the future when I move back.
Amanda was fantastic. She handled a unique situation with compassion and professionalism. She followed up when she said she would , and returned calls in a timely manner. An asset to this company and deserves a pay raise!
