Horrible.. Mt wife purchased a used car, paid cash, and after 3 weeks they have not produced a Title, as promised. Wife was told after 3 weeks that they "just sent the info to the title Company". I called them and was always transferred to the "title department", which never answered the phone. Today, I continued to keep calling until I spoke with a person.
I only worked at this job for five months and I can truly say that it was the most annoying experience Ive ever had at a job. They all act like children in high school instead of grown adults. I didnt actually get training for my job until the first day that the store opened after being there for three weeks already. Purchasing a car from this dealership has been the worst car buying experience ever! Would not recommend. **************** is bottom shelf no one knows what is going on everyone is a manager.
