Edited after 2 years living in my new home - I warn you to watch out for the shortcuts the contractors take bc even simple stuff can lead to thousands of dollars to replace items. Some things take time to show up and then you’re out of the 1-year warranty window they honor. An easy problem to point out is them having left plastic on the bottom of my dishwasher and now I have rust on it.
