i have been a property owner at one of Capital Group HOA's for 12 years.... they are complete crooks. I have watched the same guy mow dirt and just blow leafs around for 12 years. They have no idea about our flood insurance. These buildings were built in the 60's and the piping is old a number of units have had problems building to the city water. Capital denied responsibility the property owners shelled out thousands of dollars only to find out it is infact their issue and now being taken to court by multiple home owners...... read more
