Two years ago when I bought my Bronco, and made my initial review, I had a wonderful experience and gave a rating as such with 5 stars. Great customer service. Ihor nd Justine did great.
Took my vehicle in and it took over a month get my vehicle back. When I finally did the issue was still there and there was another issue found that they didn't address on my truck. They then told me that they cannot fix my truck because they didn't want to deal with my third party warranty company. So now I'm driving around with a broken vehicle, and worried that this will happen to me again. The manager that I dealt with was taunting me and disrespectful to me when picking up my vehicle, completely uncalled for. So they do... read more
