Great place to apply for a loan. – I purchased my first home through Capital First this year. Steve Gerding was very helpful and explained everything in great detail. He also answered e-mails promptly with any questions that I had during the entire process. Lot of paperwork...but I guess that is normal. He was always positive and upbeat and upfront with me through the whole process. I've recommended them to my friends and family. Wish them continued success. I love my new home. I've been here for almost 6 months now.
