Great attention – We worked with Amanda Linville to refinance our home. Our loan was a refinance of a first and second mortgage into a single payment. We followed rates for several weeks as we considered refinancing and Capital First Home Loans consistently had the best rate on 15 and 30 year loans. Committed to Customers – I commend Steve Gerding and the rest of hte CF staff for putting up with my mood swings during the whole process. I will say the process of puchasing a home can be stressfull to say the least. In our case, a second basement inspection was mandatory due to a minor drainage issue. I was a bit irritated at this point and Steve took care of finding another basement inspector and even met them at the house the day of inspection. That went above and beyond.
