My experience with Capital Fire Protection LLC was unfortunately frustrating. The biggest issue was the difficulty in reaching a live representative. I was driving on the freeway today and one of your trucks license plate PYV-6339 in Houston Texas threw some sort of hard object, tape measure it seemed like, at my car. I drive a 60,000 2026 tesla. It does not seem smart to have people employed at your company throwing tape measures at people DRIVING A COMPANY TRUCK. I will be making a police report. It was two Hispanic individuals, the one driving had a long white beard.

I have attempted to schedule an appointment multiple times for the past month for my company's annual inspection with no response. Honestly go anywhere else.

I haven't even used this service but I can say their driver in a company vehicole cut me off and I had to swerve to keep from hitting them. Almost caused an accident. License plate ending 5403. This happened the exact date and time of the original post. Driving courtesy should be better. Thank you for responding and for your concern.
