My experience with Capital Fire Protection LLC was unfortunately frustrating. The biggest issue was the difficulty in reaching a live representative. After multiple attempts to get assistance, it was nearly impossible to speak with someone directly. When I finally did reach someone, the interaction with Michelle was disappointing. I was driving on the freeway today and one of your trucks license plate PYV-6339 in Houston Texas threw some sort of hard object, tape measure it seemed like, at my car. I drive a 60,000 2026 tesla. It does not seem smart to have people employed at your company throwing tape measures at people DRIVING A COMPANY TRUCK. I will be making a police report. It was two Hispanic individuals, the one driving had a long white beard.
