Don't bother. It is a total waste of time. No return calls, no return emails unless you continue to nag them. Then they tell you they will be in touch but they never do. Just a total waste of time. Very unprofessional. Their address in Halifax is only a Virtual Office which means they use the office address for a small onthly fee for "looks".
