Absolutely the worst company to deal with. They constantly lie about property damage that you didn't cause. Let you live in apartments with black mold and don't do anything about it. They come up with mysterious reason to kick people out. Charge you through the roof for rent and not work with you at all. Randy will come and harass you at 6 am for things you never have done and then give you a three day notice to move when you've done nothing wrong.
