Dr. Murphy and his team at Capital City have helped me in the past with extractions and dental implants. My experience was beyond expectation. Not only do that have a beautiful and modern facility, but their chair side warmth, understanding, and experience were amazing! Dr Murphy and his staff explained things very clearly, explored and discussed various options, and made me feel I was having an input into the process, not just "listening to the doctor."
Dr. Murphy and staff have given me the best care imaginable. My recent consultation and surgery went very well, even with all my anxiety and dread. When I had simple questions after the procedure, Dr. Murphy was kind enough to respond to email inquiries immediately, and his staff did as well. The office atmosphere is very pleasant and I never had to wait in fear. This was a great choice.
I have now had several interactions with Capital City Periodontics since requiring tooth implants. The entire staff is extremely courteous and professional. All staff members are respectful and are truly interested in my concerns and questions. Additionally, the professional care has been outstanding! I could not have been more satisfied.
The Associates are customer service oriented and attentive to my well being and comfort. They all introduced themselves and roles were explained. All procedures were explained. Dr. Murphyprovided clear explanations and plans. Thank you !
