Brought a 2020 Mitsubishi 0utlander on 6/16/25! The vehicle had to be returned on 6/17/24 because there was a vibration in the front at a certain speed. They said bring back on Monday, so I did after taking it to a tire expert. The findings were the tires were severely worn with a manufacturer date of 2019, however they were so Shiney you could not tell the true condition at time of purchase. I bought a 2020 ****** Murano from Capital City Mitsubishi In ***********. I bought it on a weekend so they asked me to bring the car back on Monday to have detailed. I took the car back for them to detail and I also told them at that time the cruise control did not work. They told me they drove it and nothing was wrong with cruise control. The manager was extremely condescending and disrespectful. After my salesman, Michel, turned the show over to the Manager/Owner; he politely asked if my boyfriend and I had any questions. The moment we uttered a question, he immediately interrupted us mid-sentence to tell us "this is the final price, either take it or we aren't doing business."
