It is an undercover scam operation and advertise on ******** to look legitimate. The sales and finance department submitted a contract knowing I had a repo and all the while reassuring me that I was approved for the car. The bank requested proof of a total of the repo car and I had no idea what they were talking about. The bank denied credit. SKYLINE MITSUBISHI ON 104TH Liars and thieves. DO NOT GO HERE! Rundown, dirty, rude and condescending! Sold me a vehicle with a cracked head. Had it in service 2 days after purchase. 4 times within 3 months, totalling 27 days, it was never fixed, was never able to get emissions done. RUINED MY CREDIT WITHOUT PERMISSION I was told I would get one hard inquiry on my credit. I have 5 hard inquiries on my credit report from this place from different financial services. I never even picked what car I wanted. I told ***** I wanted a walk around outside to see cars and he said lets get you approved first. What the heck? I purchased a truck from them not even 3 months later engine problems now they want me to pay out my pocket
I would stay away from this location. If services are needed on your vehicle be prepared to be left hanging and to chase anyone down to even find out what is going on. Seems like its a 1 man show and hes too busy to call his customers. Takes days/weeks to get any response. Horrible customer service and zero follow through on their end. Was looking for a new home dealership with my new car, but this is not the location to use.
My experience very bad. Was sold a flood van and then another van that had severe damage on the roof.
