I live in the Westcott apts. I have been here for 6 yrs. All of the beautiful border grass and spider grass even some Azalya bushes are totally covered up by years of leaves because all they do is MOW AND BLOW they need to do so serious RAKING in the very FEW places that seriously need it. I could do a much better job with what they use to call A RAKE. These small areas look like crap. POOR JOB DONT USE THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Loves to leave residents’ cars CAKED in dust. Leaf blows and cuts the grass facing the vehicles, probably damaging a few. This is an ongoing issue and their landscaping work itself is subpar at best. Do better.
Really annoying to go out of your way to run a red light and then block traffic going 30 in a 45 for the next 3 miles of one-lane road
They will sandblast your car on a weekly basis
