I called these guys at 10:30pm on a Monday and (Michael - I think the owner) was here within 20 minutes. My A/C was out and the house was pushing 85°. He immediately came, got here, assessed the situation and quickly diagnosed that the capacitor was bad. Swapped it out and had us up and running within 10 minutes. Mike came out and quickly diagnosed the problem with our air conditioner on a Saturday afternoon. He quoted an exact price to fix it, but then encouraged me to see if I could get it done cheaper given the status of my warranty. He waited while I made phone calls! On New Year's Eve our furnace quit working. Mike came out that same night even though it was late on a holiday and had it fixed in no time. I couldn't say better things about his expertise and professionalism. Our holiday evening went from horrible to wonderful thanks to him. Highly recommend.

Could not have had a better experience buying a new furnace and water heater. Max was a first-rate representative; answered all my questions, was extremely helpful, and provided superior customer service. Even worked with me on equipment when we found out that a piece of equipment was not available. Francis and Ryan did a fantastic job installing the equipment - got me up and going with heat again, installed the water heater, and cleaned up before leaving. Very positive experience, they came to my house around 9 pm to take a look at our air conditioner. Checked everything out and got it back up and running for me within 30 minutes. When Micheal left me location he made sure that I was safe and asked me to lock up my home knowing it was just my kids and I. I will be calling them back if I need anymore help in the future.

Woke up Sunday morning, air conditioner not working. Called Capital City Heating and Air at 5:30am on a Sunday. Greg answered, was friendly and professional. He got to our house around 6am, found and fixed the problem quickly. Saved us because temperature going to be 100 degrees. Fair price, excellent care.

Capital city heating and cooling was amazing. They are great guys and they work their tails. Didn't have heating installed yet in my home. Michael gave me a reasonable quote and the amount of work his guys had to do made it look like a bargain. His guys were great and easy to work with it.
