We had multiple quotes from local, larger companies that were confusing and not clear in terms of price vs work. After reading the reviews from Capital City on ****** we decided to contact them and were incredibly pleased with not only their offer but clarity in explaining what we needed, not what the service company wanted to sell us. My A/C went out last summer and I called them one morning and they had a new system installed that day. The owner came and looked everything over before signing off on it. He made the installer run new lines saying they were to small for the new unit. That tells you something when owner comes and inspect the unit after installing. I trust them very much!!

My family has been a customer of Capital City Heating & Cooling for less than a year, and we have been more than impressed with their prompt customer service, the technicians polite and friendly demeanor, and their willingness to explain how our HVAC and furnace work, what needs fixed, breakdown of costs, and how to keep up yearly maintenance. I would definitely recommend this company. My in-laws had an appointment on Monday to look at their furnace that was making a lot of noise. The furnace quit working on Sunday night. They called the 24 hour number. A technician came out and got the information needed so the parts would be on hand for the service call on Monday. Another company told them that the furnace needed to be replaced.

Heater problem at 8 in the morning. Responded 1/2 Hr. after call. Two other companies said 11 to 4 Pm. Sevice man was very efficient with no **.

My thermostat died over night. I replaced it and it still didn’t work. I thought maybe I got a bad one and replaced it. I still had issues. It was cold and I needed a warm home for my daughter. I called and they were here in 15 minutes. In less than 15 minutes, my furnace was working once again. I couldn’t have asked for better service. I thank you so much. **** *.

My a/c went out on July 27th when it was 100 degrees outside. It was about 7 pm and the setting sun makes my house like an oven. Called Capital City and spoke to Michael. I can not find the words to express how impressed I was with the service he provided. It was Friday evening when most people are sitting at home with the family unwinding from a week of work. Michael said I will be right there. This is a level of service you dont see anymore. And I could not believe how affordable the repair was. Thank you Michael!!!!!!

I just had Mark from Capital City Heating and Air come to an AC that was not working. He fixed it fast with less cost that I was expecting. I will probably buy and new furnace/AC from them during the low season.

Roger is phenomenal. He was very concerned about fixing my A/C correctly and efficiently. He went through many measures to ensure my A/C was working properly. Very personable and helpful.
