Staff was great and had everything I needed for a traveling work out
I've been going to health clubs since I was 18. That's decades. Capital City Health Club is top of the line! The people who work there are friendly and helpful. The variety of different workouts is outstanding! The equipment is top notch! I have greatly enjoyed the club!
Friendly staff, clean facilities and people of all ages so you can feel welcome no matter your demographic! Wouldn't work out anywhere else!
The parking lot is ridiculous, doesn't matter what time of day it is. People park where they shouldn't and it's always a shit show.
I have been to all the gyms in town and capital city is by far the best.
