Love the friendly staff and variety of classes. My favorite class is Spartan Training. This is my second year taking this training and I look forward to it every week. Who knew I'd ever look forward to going to the gym!? Thanks to our trainer, Zach, for pushing us and encouraging us.
Kinda awkward. Trainer named Zach hit on me. I'm straight dude, don't make things weird.
Love this gym! I go to two hours of yoga three times/week. I also do a weight lifting program as prescribed by my PT. Staff is friendly, they listen if you have an issue.
I love the therapy pool. Without it....I couldn't have began this . But having to choke down the loss of almost $300 I paid to a personal trainer when the gym first opened, STILL burns my ass. She was HORRIBLE. Less enthusiasm than I had which was my whole problem from the get go! By the third session , I was going AFTER my schedule appt with her just so I could avoid her down troddin' self. EVERYthing she said and did seemed to be forced through a thick layer of loathing.
