RecommendedWOW. I’ve always loved Capital City BBQ but I’ve never had their pho. It’s a whole experience. In this time of takeout, they give you all the ingredients and you assemble the broth, noodles, bean sprouts, *raw* beef that cooks in the hot broth, and all kinds of herbs and sauces. And of course you need to eat it with chopsticks and a spoon so it’s a two handed thing. Slurping noodles and broth while smelling fresh herbs and a bit of chili spice to wake me up is like a full body thing. I recommend! (Bowl is my own)

RecommendedWe tried Capital City BBQ for the first time today and It definitely won’t be the last. Food was amazing and had nice size portions. We got a mix of the BBQ and Vietnamese dishes along with a strawberry cheesecake which was devine!

Ordered pho soup but it comes with everything uncooked except the broth ... Beef was raw in a baggie 🤣 I was hungry so I tossed the veggies in and cooked the beef in a toaster oven, but they charged me 12 bucks for ingredients!!!
