RecommendedWe went to Capital City BBQ today for the bahn mi. The bread was absolutely perfect. We tried the chicken and the tofu (plus got a brisket sandwich). It was all awesome. The chicken was smoked and juicy. The tofu had a fantastic texture and was perfectly marinated. I haven't tried the brisket yet, but from the noises Russ is making and the smell... Drool. Will not be disappointed in the BBQ, when “Triplet D” came here it was for a good reason. Some of the best BBQ in the Lansing area, Top 5 places to eat bbq at.
Food is always fantastic quality and consistent. I've never had anything I didn't like and introduce new people to them whenever I can.
Never had a bad experience here. the food is wonderful and the staff is a Lansing treasure. 10/10, highly recommend.
