I went to Capital to have a recall done on my Promaster 3500. The recall notice said repairs would be approx. 3 hrs. I asked service personnel to set up an appointment so I could come back later. Then I was told I could get an appointment 3 weeks from now. I told him no problem waiting for 3 weeks even though they didn't seem that busy.
