Worst experience, wont communicate with customers and half of the workers might as well identify as turtles because theyre slow. I brought my truck in for a traction control light coming on and the service advisor wrote the issue perfectly ! The tech decided to do what he wanted and had no idea and screwed the system up( going 70 mph but actually doing 60) and constantly made excuses since they had no idea what to do to rectify the issue of the traction. They had no solution but blamed it on my tire size( meanwhile they have over 18 trucks on the lot with the same tire size. This dealership is horrible. I traded my car there for a truck and they are not paying my trade in off like they said they would within ******************************************************** over the phone that I should make the payment if I don't want it showing late on my credit report. Horrible customer service.
Do Ya guys alway rip off customers? Isnt the vip protection included in all prices? It says so on your web site..and i bought a jeep 23,995..started paper work was told there i 899 doc fee witch im fine with..the was told there is a one year key protection 199 and also a paint and interior protection 699 isnt that the vip protection? My hubby traded in his old truck and bought a new Dodge Ram at Classic Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram in Pineville. We financed through Chrysler, and found out six months later (when we couldnt renew the tags), that our vehicle wasnt registered with the **** We have been unable to pay our property tax and registration for the new truck. This dealership service department use to treat customers with respect and like a human being but now there is all new service advisors and a service manager and they just want to up sale you stuff you do not need and if you say no they dont want anything to deal with you anymore.

Well Basically, I have traded a vehicle in on January 1, 2022, as of today the trade has not been paid off and today is 3/25/2022, They are calling me daily from the Creditor that I had the trade in with, now the pay off is above the pay off they gave me, which I'm sure at this point will be my responsibility, I'm livid with the situation, and cannot get any help from anyone.

We spoke with the customer this morning and while we had her on the phone, conferenced in her Creditor. Who admitted they had lost or misplaced the checks. We sent two because the first one was sent to the wrong address. However, we have resolved the issue to the customers satisfaction and we are issuing a new check to the creditor and we are also paying the additional amount requested.
Basically my complaint is that I took my 2007 Jeep Wrangler to them to replace the radiator and be tuned. The invoice was $3,563 for a job that should have cost, at most, $1,000 to $*****. This morning, less than ***** miles later the check engine light came on and still is. With a cost of $3,563 my Jeep should be like new. This company works as legal thiefs. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!
