The best sales and service in town hands down love them
I bought a 2018 Sierra on Thursday, 12/21, at about 2 p.m. Salesman told me the vehicle would be ready for pick up on Friday between 1030-1100. Arranged for transportation to go pick up my new truck at 1100. At 1100 the salesman was standing around when I arrived, announcing that the truck should be ready. No, he had to go put gas in it. Twenty minutes later, the truck comes back, but, well, he's gotta find the floor mats. O.K., Got the floor mats, now he's gotta put the tags on it. Ridiculous. The customer service reps are a delight to work with. Very courteous and respectful. Only problem I had with this last visit is that 3 days ago, I went in to address why my engine light was on, as well as my tire pressure warning light was on. I also had a notification that my Tire Sensor System needed servicing. Those issues we're taken care of, or so I thought until the next day, those same lights and issues IMMEDIATELY resurfaced. Parts are a rip off. $125 more expensive for a injector for diesel pickup. They changed 4 injectors and cleaned my fuel system for contaminated fuel. Never installed a new fuel filter because the mechanic said it "looked fine" to him, it's a 10 micron fuel filter must have better eye's than me. I won't be taking any of my vehicles back to them. Service side definitely seemed shady to me.
