I have been getting my 2017 Chevy Cruze services for oil change and tire rotations for the past 2 years at this location and NEVER had a problem until today, December 10, 2019. I had my boyfriend bring my car in at 9:15 am and it is past 4:00 pm and I still have not received my car for a SIMPLE OIL CHANGE. We opted to use the shuttle service due to having a month old. I will NEVER purchase another vehicle from any Haley dealerships EVER. They do not back their products and their service department is trash. They are liars and believe me I have the evidence to back it up, so does the NHTSA. My lawyer also has the proof. All they had to do was the right thing. Had the most sexist phone call I've ever had with a salesperson at this dealership today. I'm not a super feminist either, but I work with horses and have driven all sorts of trucks in my life. I was at this dealership a couple weeks ago looking at trucks to buy. Sat down and crunched some numbers with the sales guy and everything.
