Responded to maintenance requests immediately, however they pick and choose who can violate their lease agreements and do not have a backbone when it comes to protecting their properties from destructive and violent tenants. I have been unable to check my mail for a week after the key was stolen, but I wasn’t taken seriously so no solution was offered until a week had passed. Claire is amazing! Very helpful with everything! Perfect size place for just me! Stayed here for awhile and never had any issues! Would highly recommend for anyone looking to live in the OV area!
Claire and company are great people! Rented from them for many years and never had any issues. They responded to all maintenance requests immediately. They are very accommodating in all aspects. Will miss them and their Ghent property very much.
