Best care in Raleigh I see Dr. Barrett regularly, but am happy and comfortable with all of the doctors and staff in this practice -- everyone is very friendly and eager to help! I know it is a doctors' office and I should feel like this, but I really trust these people with my life -- I always leave feeling like I got the best care in all of Raleigh!! Excellent staff, doctors, and all-around care!!

This is not a good high risk Pregnancy OB practice The doctors that I saw were arrogant and unhelpful with no expertise in high risk pregnancy. I miscarried at 3 month pregnancy due to the doctors lack of expertise and lack of concern,they did not bother to do anything, ie check blood work to see that I may have solvable problem instead all was blamed on the baby and made the ASSUMPTION that the baby had genetic disorder. Experience with Miscarriage/C.A. OBGYN, Raleigh I am curious about other women's experiences of going through a miscarriage at Capital Area OBGYN. Were the doctors/nurses there thoughtful and caring with you throughout this ordeal? The Best Practice I have been to The doctors are absolutely wonderful. I have been getting care there for 3 years now and they have taken their time with me each time I have had my annual exam. My physician is Dr. Barrett and she is an extremely caring and conscientious physician. Also I have seen other doctors in the practice who are equally as caring. GREAT PRACTICE! CARING DOCTORS! This has been the best OB/GYN practice I've been to in this area. I have always had the best experiences with all the doctors, and when I can't get in to see my usual doctor, the practice has been more than accomodating to schedule me with another doctor in the practice. I look forward to my continued relationship with the doctors at Capital Area OB/GYN! I'd highly recommend them for all your "womanly" needs, they truly do care!

Liked most doctors in the practice I am pregnant with my first child and have been going to this practice for the past 7 months. Usually the staff is helpful and efficient, but I have had to redo 2 blood tests because they were somehow not sent correctly to the lab. This is a pain as I HATE blood draws. Most of the doctors in the practice are great. I do not have to wait long in the patient room for them to see me and they answer my questions. Thank you, Capital Area, you are the best!!!! I am a new patient at Capital Area and have never felt more welcome! The front desk and nurses were friendly, the insurance office is very helpful and able to answer all my question regarding my pregancy, and the doctors that I have met are very personable and made me feel at ease. Going through your first pregancy is tough and this practice has made it much easier to handle. Thank you, Capital Area!!!!
