Worst management company ever, they have inspected my apartment three times this month and slapped a notice on my door saying my house was dirty when it wasnt and they were going to evict me over it. Poor management skills and theres absolutely no way with this level of tenant harassment that they should have an A+ on here

If You Love Bedbugs, TIHIS IS YOUR PLACE! Management WILL NOT accept Responsiblity For Any Maitenance Problem's. The Management Lie's To Your Face At Every Opportunity. They Accuse You Of Lying To Them, Just After They Have Lied To You. If You Need Maitenance Work Done, It Takes Days If They Decide To Do Anything At All. I Went 3 Day's Waiting For A Kitchen Sink To Be Unclogged. I Never Heard A Thing From Them. I Am Retired With Disablility, And Had To Fix It Myself. Management Has NO SHAME, Or Even Any Sense Of Shame, Fair ... read more

Giving a senior couple (75 and 77 yrs) 30 days notice that their lease will not be renewed, and to vacate the property without reason is cruel and inhuman. A senior representative of Capital Assets that I spoke with, stated that either party can give notice to not renew a lease without a reason why, but why would you? Especially for a couple that hasn't lived in an apartment complex setting in over 50 years and is new to the process.
