It’s obvious this place cares more about getting paid than actual care. It started off when I hadn’t seen anyone in person yet and thought I was miscarrying. I messaged their office with my concerns and the first message I received back is them asking me to pre-pay for all my prenatal visits in the amount of $864. I hadn’t even physically seen anyone yet (only a tele appt) and they’re asking me to pay upfront all this money. I should’ve taken that as a huge red flag and left right away, but I continued care. I have had good experiences with the doctors but the billing is horrible. They never answer and when you leave a message they never call back. I have been trying to resolve a bill for over two years and they won’t respond to my messages. My insurance tried calling too and they didn’t answer or call back. Now my bill has been sent to collections which is even more upsetting and it’s only for $89.
One of the BEST experiences I have ever had with a gynecologist. I saw Dr. Claire Sellers and she was wonderful! I didn't feel rushed at any point and she listened carefully to all my concerns, as well as asked questions to ensure she and I were on the same page. Her nurse was also incredibly kind and I felt comfortable the whole time. The exam went smoothly and I was made aware of everything that was going on before it happened. Can't recommend Dr. Sellers enough!
