The doctors here do not prioritize their patients here at all. I came to cure an infection and once the infection was treated I was still in a lot of pain and discomfort. I came multiple times looking for answers and help reducing my symptoms and they did absolutely nothing. They didn’t even attempt to help to alleviate my stress or symptoms at all. I love this place. I thought I was well taken care of during my first pregnancy in NYC, but this place has raised the bar even higher. From the initial zoom introduction appointment with Ann who laid the groundwork and scheduled all visits through delivery to the actual visits: everyone, from front desk personnel to nurses and doctors, are such a pleasure to interact with.
