Bad place to go. Worse Dr. They do not care for the patient. After you tell them problem they does not care. Very very bad place. My daut baby could not survive for Dr. Negligence.
My first OBGYN appointment, I saw Dr. Cervino and she was so sweet and made me feel very safe
Office cannot even keep the appointment right. I got up early for my morning appointment and arrived ahead of time, only to be told the doctor isn't in the office and my office was postponed. There was an automated call 2 days ago and it confirmed my appointment. Why didn't you call or email if there is a last minute change? If you cannot even get an appointment right, how can I trust you with your service?
I’ve visited this office a few times for birth control and for an ultrasound. The office staff was nice but the doctor bragged about how she did my IUD removal and replaced it with a new one “in record timing” and I almost felt stupid asking for pain management for the procedure bc of how little they cared. I came back a year or so later for an ultrasound and that was fine, nothing special but it got the job done. Dr richardson delivered my son and is the absolute best. She is professional and listened to my concerns the entire labor. Everything went smooth. I highly recommend her.
