RecommendedWe love Capewell Lofts. This is the first apartment that we will be resigning a lease at. The layouts are “homey” while still being open allowing you to get furniture that you can move to a house in the future. We felt apartments in the past you had to purchase specific furniture that would fit the space and that is not the case here. We have never had issues with parking. Management is fantastic and the very few issues that have come up they have addressed quickly.

RecommendedApartments look great with great finishes and kitchens, dog friendly, quiet, good neighbors safe and the office staff and maintenance are awesome. Have been here a year and really recommend.

Beautiful lofts with lots of storage and a very functional layout. The common area is a meeting or studying location and the fitness area has everything you could need. We are so happy with our decision to live at the Capewell lofts! Great staff.
