Terrible experience, rough and unprofessional. The dr and staff speak to you as if you are an inconvenience to them. I have had multiple fillings done by Capeside, all of which have fallen out and have left my teeth broken and with holes. I now have to get 2 teeth pulled due to their incompetence. Waiting two hours for service is ridiculous.
My husband and I each visited Capeside once. My husband had a follow up apt scheduled and the day before he had a procedure on his back; needless to say, he couldn’t walk, sit or stand for very long. We cancelled his apt first thing in the morning and was told there would be a $40 cancelation fee. I told them if they billed us the $40 we would never be back; this was out of our control. Hour long wait for a scheduled appt. Charges if you cancel an appt. And tries to overcharge or tell you you need things that cost more money.
I took my kid to this dentist they didnt seem to know what to do for him or nothing
I've got a good service from Dr Amir today. Melbourne location needs to have him permanently
Amazing staff! They did an awesome job with my scared kid. Dr. Thomas is great with kids !! Left wanting to recommend them to everyone!
