Super chic salon in the heart of Downtown Rochester! Mandy is dedicated to ongoing education for herself and the entire Capelli Team which means that you're in excellent hands no matter who you see. I've seen the extension work Mandy has done on quite a few people and they always look flawless, full and healthy.
I bought the Groupon for eyelash extensions. I got them done last week and I love them! I am so happy I bought the deal with the 2-4 week retouch. I definitely recommend them!
I decided to go drastically short, and Mandy made it look amazing! There would be no one else I would trust with making such a big change. Thank you Many and Capelli Salon for Making the cut and style awesome!!
