If you are looking for a typical, cold business.... this is the place to go. Don’t come here looking for medical professionals.
Useless, uncaring, heartless. We bring our dying dog and they don’t even offer sympathy. Force us to bring her home to suffer in pain, and make us pay for the checkup which involved feeling her breathe and telling us to wait 10 days. Pathetic. I hope they feel terrible.
Dr. Knight is not only an excellent veterinarian, he is a compassionate human being. I'm on a very fixed income, and he & his staff give me tips to reduce my bill. I am so grateful for his knowledge, compassion, sense of humor, and his honesty.
