Called to see what a dental cleaning would be. Could not even get an estimate of their fees. Was told they would give me an estimate AFTER I pay $65.00 for an exam So they cannot tell you APPROXIMATELY how much bloodworkis cost / what they charge per tooth for an extraction or what they charge ( low - high end of a cleaning is ). Our costs are based on the needs of each individual pet and therefore a full exam is needed to determine those needs. I have a 12 week old puppy and taking her to see the vet and not being able to go in and see what the doctors doing what the nurses are doing for her is nerve-wracking but coming here I know that I can trust them I've seen them with my dogs in the past and I know that they're trustworthy people they're amazing with my dog my dogs happy when she leaves I definitely recommend them
I called with an emergency situation, as my regular vet wasn't available to help me. Surprisingly, the staff bent over backwards to try and help my dog, who was in need of a pretty serious surgery. They took the time to make phone calls, check schedules, call me back more than once to confirm some things, and eventually was able to give me an appointment. I just recently hospital boarded my cocker spaniel Jojo. he was boarded from 8/7/19 to 8/9/19 he got awesome care by Dr. Abby and her experienced staff. Jojo had a skin and ear infection but when we picked him up on Friday 8/9/19 he was so happy and playfull. much thanks to a wonderful caring staff. I never worried at all. will definitely board many more times again. maryalice and Barry mossbrooks and jojo
